Today was spent on reviewing last night's homework. We finished our look at congruent triangles with the last portion of Lesson 8.2 and MAthia.

Don't forget, this semester's first MATHia grading period will close tonight at midnight. Make sure you've reached your goals for the first grade.

Here is this week's extra credit:

1.List the coordinates of each of the vertices of triangle JKL. 

                                           Write your answers as ordered pairs: J(x, y)

             2. Describe the rotation that you could use to move triangle JKL to the shaded area on 

                   the coordinate plane. Use the origin as the point of rotation.

             3.What are the coordinates of triangle J'K'L' after you performed the rotation?

             4.Explain how you determined the coordinates of triangle J'K'L' without graphing it.
